Communication
The deciding factor in the success of effective Business Process Management is the close, real time communication between machines and human beings and/or between Coglets and users. In addition to the purely technical implementation via the internet, it is important that the communication technology developed and patented internationally by SOFTMARK is used. This is the only way to ensure a sufficiently high degree of flexibility in the formulation of complicated data; an approach using pre-defined text modules would not be sufficient. Coglets formulate text on their own and in accordance with basic grammatical rules (see patents).
The following 3 variants are possible:
- Push service: the Coglet is installed either on the client’s server with internet access or on a data center server to which the client has access via internet (e.g. SaaS Concept, SaaS = software as a service). The data interpretations, prognoses and optimization strategies compiled by the Coglets are described textually according to the communication technology patented by Softmark and forwarded to the relevant users proactively. Registration for the service in question is carried out by the individual users via a web portal, with the scope and wording of the texts formulated by the Coglet conforming to the interest and/or qualification profile of the addressee in question. Thus the initiative always comes from the Coglet (push service) and the users are automatically supplied with the relevant information as required.
- Pull service: the Coglet is installed either on the client’s server with internet access or on a data center server to which the client has access via internet (e.g. SaaS Concept, SaaS = software as a service). The data interpretations, prognoses and optimization strategies compiled by the Coglets are stored on the server numerically with text supplements and are actively accessed by the user via cell phone. The individual in question is authenticated via a PIN generated by the Coglet and gains access to the Coglet server via the relevant bookmark. The prepared file in question is then sent in encrypted form as SHTML code. This ensures the data integrity and every user receives only the information explicitly intended for him/her.
- Remote process control: the strategy recommendations compiled by the Coglet, received either via the push service or accessed actively via the pull service, are deliberately activated by the user via cell phone. Due to the fact the Coglet has already worked through and described the relevant strategy a priori, the activation impulse from the user is all that is required to then put the proposals into action. The company benefits from the resulting operational optimization.
